Quadsheet

What Quadsheet stores

Your email address, a display name, and the contents of your sheet: box labels, projects, tasks, and when you crossed them off. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the email and name they share; we never see a password because there is none.

Where it lives

On Supabase, in a database in the United States, over encrypted connections. Sign-in emails are sent through Resend. If the app crashes, a report with the error, your device model and the app version goes to Sentry so we can fix it; it never includes your tasks, your box names or your email address. Nothing is sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything other than showing you your sheet.

Who can see it

Only you, and anyone you share a box with. A shared box shows its projects and tasks to the people you invited by email, and nothing else on your sheet. Access rules are enforced in the database itself.

Deleting your account

Open the account menu in the app and choose Delete account. Your account, your sheets and every task on them are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.
