Terms of use
Updated October 26, 2026.
Draft for review by a lawyer.
Who we are
Quadsheet is made by Simple Imagination LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("we"). These terms cover the Quadsheet apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, the web app at quadsheet.app, and this site. By creating an account or using Quadsheet you agree to them. The privacy page says what we store and why.
Your account
You sign in with Apple, Google or an email link, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. Please do not use Quadsheet to break the law, to send people invitations they did not ask for, or to get around its limits or its security.
Your content
Your sheets, boxes, projects and tasks are yours. You let us store them and show them to you, and to the people you share a box with, only so that Quadsheet works. When you share a box, the people you invite can see and edit everything in that box.
Free and Plus
The sheet, its four boxes, next, the bench, the morning reset and history are free. Quadsheet Plus adds sharing a box with someone, more than one sheet, and saving a box layout as a template. Accepting and editing a box someone shares with you is free.
Plus subscriptions on iPhone
Plus is an auto-renewing subscription bought in the iPhone app through the App Store, monthly or yearly. In the United States it is $3.00 a month or $15.00 a year; elsewhere the App Store shows the price in your currency before you buy. New subscribers may start with a free trial of 14 days when the App Store offers one.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged in the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. Apple will tell you before any price increase, as its rules require. If Family Sharing is on for your Apple Account, members of your family group can use your subscription in their own Quadsheet accounts.
A subscription belongs to the Quadsheet account it was bought with and applies wherever you sign in to that account, including the web and Android.
When Plus ends
Boxes you already share, sheets you already have and templates you already saved keep working. Sharing another box, starting another sheet or saving a new template needs Plus again.
Apple's terms
On iPhone and iPad, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and Simple Imagination LLC, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for Quadsheet or for supporting it.
Changes
Quadsheet will change over time. We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms; when a change matters to you we will say so in the app or on this page before it takes effect. A change to what Plus includes will not take away anything from a period you have already paid for.
No guarantees
Quadsheet is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but to the extent the law allows we make no promises that it will always be available or free of errors, and our liability to you is limited to what you paid us for Quadsheet in the twelve months before a claim.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from the account menu in the app; deleting it does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that in your Apple Account settings too. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about these terms or about Quadsheet goes to the state and federal courts located in Yamhill County, Oregon, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section takes away any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts where those laws give you one.
